Have you ever met someone you felt completed what you lacked? They are the sugar to your koolaid, milk to your Frosted Flakes, Ashford to your Simpson.. You get the point.. This person brings out the best in your (and maybe even the worst).. They accentuate your great qualities and overlook your flaws.. I had a love like that.. I was lucky enough for it to be my first love.. But we were polar opposites.. Just like the moon and sun.. But we worked so well together.. And since we were polar opposites, it also caused us to clash.. We had different goals in life at that point in time.. I wanted to hang out & party, he wanted to go to school & better himself.. He wanted to get married, I didn't.. Infidelity also occured on my part.. The reason why doesn't matter.. It was wrong no matter how you look at it.. I regret hurting him and am sincerely sorry for it.. I did get the opportunity to apologize and it made me feel a little better.. I hope he has forgiven me..
We both have moved on with our lives.. I truly wish him the best and he deserves my gratitude for being such a great person.. Thanks for being my orange moon and showing me how to love.. This song will always be a reminder to what a real & true love should be..
